Rocking Horse Academy’s official preschool classrooms are part of a program which is carefully designed to meet children’s unique needs while preparing them for kindergarten.
Rocking Horse Academy educators utilize Scholastic’s Big Day Curriculum to incorporate creative, hands-on project-based learning. Our teachers focus on scholastic areas including literacy, mathematical reasoning, and science investigation. Our student-centered classrooms offer multiple and diverse learning activities that ensure children thrive in all areas of development. We practice social behaviors like lining up, circle time, going to a cafeteria for lunch or to the gym for PE. We use ABCMouse in our computer lab to enhance our curriculum, and all families have access to your child’s account at home.
