Tuition is due every other Monday, per the RHA tuition schedule. (Please see front desk for payment calendar). Tuition rates are weekly. Please note, tuition must be paid in full without deduction for absences.
*Enrollment packet submission does not guarantee enrollment in Summer Camp Program. A confirmation email will be sent confirming or denying enrollment for weeks requested.

**HAYS CISD starts back Thursday, Aug 13**
Students needing care for August 10th, August 11th, and August 12th must be currently enrolled in our 2026-27 Corral Kids after school program.
REGISTRATION AND SUPPLY FEE(S) ARE WAIVED FOR CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS!!!!
Camp Deposit & Supply Fee
—NON-REFUNDABLE
A Camp Deposit of $15 per week is required for all camp sessions. (Example: If you are registering for three camp sessions, a $45 deposit will be required to hold a spot for your child for those weeks of camp. These fees will be deducted from your total weekly camp tuition. If you cancel those weeks of camp, $15 weekly deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
After initial registration, no refunds will be given for the registration fee and camp deposit(s). All cancellations MUST be received by in writing via email, fax (512) 405-3701, or on our official camp cancellation form, which is available in our lobby or on our website and turned into the front desk.
